Here you can find information about registration for the conference as well as the registration fees.

^*early registration just for workshops is extended until 22 Oct, inclusive.

Payment can only be done by bank transfer. More details will be presented at the end of the registration form.

For every paper accepted at SEFM, at least one author needs to have a registration. Prices for conference registration include luches, the welcome reception and social event (see below). Moreover, For every paper accepted at a SEFM workshop, at least one author needs to have an workshop registration. Prices for workshop registration include lunche and the workshop dinner.

Attendees of DataMod and ReacTS are required to buy a ticket for two workshop days.

Social events

A ticket for the main conference includes admittance to the welcome reception (6 November) and the social event and banquet (7 November). A ticket for the workshops includes admittance to the workshop dinner (4 November). Additional tickets for the social event and the workshop dinner may be purchased for the following fees.

Code of Conduct

Every attendee of SEFM is expected to follow the SEFM Code of Conduct.

Invitation letters

Invitation letters can be issued after the registration fee has been paid in full. After registration, you may contact the local organization to sefm2024@ua.pt. Request for an invitation letter) to request an official invitation letter. Please mention “SEFM 2024” in the subject of your email.
